Numerous commercial projects have been executed including private and commercial banks, office blocks and shopping centres. 

RWA are especially experienced in banking design with clients such as the Vatican Bank (Banco Ambrosiana), Barclays Bank, Lloyds Bank International, the Bank of Nova Scotia, and the Royal Bank of Canada.

Commercial projects include the American Life Insurance Company headquarters and da Costa Mall in Barbados and the Plaza del Lago

Mall complex in St Martin.  In Monserrat,

The firm has been responsible for a number of  industrial developments including Milk Plants and Dairies in Barbados, St. Lucia and Antigua. 

The Barbados Flight Kitchen was executed by the Barbados office  and the Nassau office were the Architects for the Commonwealth Brewery (Heineken) and the  Master Plan & recently completed Phase 1 Redevelopment of The Bahamas Electricity Corporation at their Big Pond site.

RWA. were the architects for the 135 bed St. Josephs hospital, the second largest hospital in Barbados and also for the expansion of the Thelma Vaughan disabled children's home. A Nurses Hostel was designed in Antigua and the Rockefeller Laboratory in St. Lucia.
