RWA has been responsible for the design and construction of many apartment and condominium projects. 

Completed developments include Sans Souci in Jamaica, the La Toc Village in St. Lucia, the award winning Schooner Bay and Almond Beach developments in Barbados, the Waterville Valley Ski Lodge in the US and the Perisher Valley Ski Resort in Australia.

RWA has custom designed many residences world-wide, including projects in Europe, the Middle East, Australia and the Pacific basin, the Americas and throughout the Caribbean basin.

Residences designed range in concept from large-scale palatial residences to insular out-island cottage retreats. Some examples can be found at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland in Barbados, the Lyford Cay and Cotton Bay Clubs in the Bahamas, and the Mill Reef Club in Antigua.

RWA has also designed low cost housing projects.  Completed  projects include an 80 house development for the Commonwealth Development Corporation in Barbados.
