RWA has completed major resort planning for a number of projects world wide.  The firm's history in resort planning includes the extended development of high-end projects that incorporate golf courses, marinas, hotels, club houses, residences, apartments, condominiums, and other recreational facilities.  Additionally, RWA has awareness and expertise in the development of fully sustainable eco-tourism resorts.

Projects completed in the Caribbean include the Mill Reef Club in Antigua, the Sandy Lane Estate in Barbados, the La Toc and Cap Estates in St. Lucia, and the Mabouya Island Resort in Grenada.

 Projects completed in Spain include the Las Colinas de Marbella, in Australia include the South Stradbrooke Island and the Tamboi Resort, and in the Pacific basin include the  Point Tataa in Tahiti.

The firm has designed over 60 individual hotels ranging from large-scale resorts & convention hotels to eco-lodges.  RWA provides full advice to clients on site selection, concepts, feasibility studies and provides full services through contract documentation to the project's completion.

 Completed hotel projects range from the 750 room Radisson Cable Beach Hotel in the Bahamas to the "boutique" style family operated 27-room Treasure Beach Hotel in Barbados.  Additional hotels completed include the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, La Samana in St. Martin, the Gulf Hotel in Bahrain and the Sydney Airport Hilton in Australia.
